A Curiosity Quote That Inspires Me
Harry the fluffy teddy bear has been hard at work reading quotes to share with us.
Dad Jay is sleeping so I hijacked his laptop. This morning I was looking over his shoulder when he was typing. Jay looked at me and said, “Harry, you are too curious.”
His words made me think and I researched quotes on curiosity. I came across this quote from Einstein and I would like to share it with you all.
“I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.” — Albert Einstein
I noticed that the children of dad’s friends are very curious. They keep on asking questions such as: “Why is it like that?” or “How does it work?”
I asked dad why human children ask so many questions because it can be very annoying. He said, “Harry children learn by asking questions because they are curious and want to learn why things are the way they are.”
So I think if we are curious like Albert Einstein said he was we will learn new knowledge and skills. If we are passionately curious, we will use the information and skills we learned to learn even more.
How does dad put it: “We are lifelong learners, Harry.”
So, Albert Einstein’s quote is the quote I would like to share with you as our motto for the week.
