Change management is a difficult process. Adapting to change sometimes does test one~s abilities. The pandemic did not make the process smooth for students.

As a teacher, I saw the struggles, heartaches, and frustrations social distancing and online learning created. I'm is so glad the youngsters adapted and got their diplomas.
