Click the comment section of your article. It will open in a sidebar on the righthand side. Click on the 3 dots (...) at the top and choose "Manage responses".

You will now be able to add a bold heading and a photo like in a normal article. When publishing you can add tags. However, you can't meter your story behind the paywall.
