I believe that AI is a tool that can be helpful to humans if we use it sensibly. However, it takes a couple of people with power issues to change all that.

About writing, I can't see AI being able to write a poem even if it fed ideas like a human can. Interestingly, Medium came up with an AI policy as more-and-more people using AI-written articles.
