It's just a mix of natural full-fat yogurt and water. Add some sea salt or pink Himalayan salt. The ratio of yogurt and water depends on your preferences. Usually, it is 1:1. For a thicker consistency use less water. Whip it well and refrigerate. Whip again before serving.
