The Listening Club
A trial to see if we as a Medium community can start an engaging member listening club.
I like to listen to stories on Medium using the listening feature. It gives my eyes time to relax as I do read a lot of articles, poems, and stories on Medium. I was pondering the idea to start a Medium Listening Club for some time.
I was wondering if anyone would be interested to participate in a listening club.
The idea behind The Listening Club is for participants to listen, or read if you rather prefer that option, to each other’s featured stories till the end of the story’s listening time.
Listening to stories using the listening feature is paid and calculated in the same way as member reading time by Medium. This information I acquired yesterday in an article shared by Ann Christine Tabaka on the topic.
If you are interested to participate in The Listening Club it will be helpful if you are a Medium member and engage with stories shared with you. I will post a list of stories from participants in The Listening Club and tag you so you can listen to, or read, each other’s stories.
