Our Love
An isolated island in the sun?
Turquoise ocean foamy wavelets gently kiss
sparkling ivory petite crystal-sand teasingly
— lovers relaxing in the sun.
Azure blue sky melts away in the distance
where heaven and earth meet caressingly
to form one ocean-sky soul.
Cotton candy puffs floating lazily in the sky
hears the hoarse screech of a lonely seagull
riding the gentle breeze.
We’re soulmates in a paradise relationship.
A small sun-drenched island in life’s ocean
bobbing in gentle waters.
Tropical storms brewing on the horizon.
Thunder and lights dancing in dark skies.
a storm in a teacup or more?
Only time will tell if our perfect love island
will absorb and withstand crashing waves.
