Nature’s seasonal cycles and changes seem to impact not only our moods but also our health. During summer people are generally happier and spend time outdoors.

At the other end of the scale, winter’s colder temperature can cause colds, flu, and dry skin. Winter is approaching in the Northern Hemisphere.

What can we do to ensure we build up our immune system and avoid having dry skin?
