Summer Cuisine
Do you have a go-to recipe you use during summertime?
It is summertime in the Northern Hemisphere. I enjoy being outside and relaxing. I find that I eat differently during this season as I prefer food that is lighter, satisfying, yet easy to make.
I would like to hear what is your go-to summer dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This idea inspired me to write this post as a cooking-related writing prompt for the Easy Recipe Cookbook publication.
