Thanks for reading, Lucinda. Interval training is difficult for people with mobility issues or other medical conditions.
I managed to upset my ankles a while ago and couldn't go on nature walks. I discovered seated aerobic exercises which I tried that took my weight off my feet and ankles.
Once I knew the routine I turned it into interval training and created a sequence that raised my breathing rate greatly. I followed it up with slower movements till my breathing rate returned to near normal.
