You can bake it in a Dutch oven. It is a cast iron pot with a lid. Place a wire mesh grill at the bottom of the pot. It should be about 2 cm high. Place the apple cake in its baking tin on the wire mesh grill. Add the lid. Place the pot on a stove plate on medium heat for about 30 minutes. Do not open the lid till the end. .
