Your Emerald Eyes
What your eyes do to me — A Tanka Poem
Apr 12, 2022
Blue-green emerald,
eyes saturate me with joy,
glee grace resembled.
A compassion filled hoy,
our journey on life’s river.
This poem was inspired by A-Word-A-Day prompts for April 2022 — Day 13 (Saturate) published in Promptly Written. Thanks, Christine.
